1. Q. What time are deliveries made?
A. We will make deliveries between 9am and 6pm or another time that the recipient will not be home. If you need other arrangements please contact us and we will work with you.
2. Q. How much notice do you need to deliver the lawn greetings?
A. We suggest booking your order as soon as possible to ensure the Signs you want will be available for the dates you want. For Birth Announcements, once the baby is born, give us a call and we can deliver before Mom & baby arrive home from the hospital.
3. Q. What are your Signs made of?
A. All of our Lawn Announcements are made of plastic that is widely used in the Sign industry. We do not use plywood for our Signs.
4. Q. How are the Signs set up?
A. Our large Lawn Announcements signs are installed with a post in the ground and the mini Signs insert into the ground with small stakes. We'll need a dirt or grassy area to set up. Our Lawn Announcements can withstand very strong winds and will not fall over.
5. Q. How are the Signs personalized?
A. All of our Lawn Announcements are personalized with professional vinyl lettering equipment which is cut by a computer-aided machine. Vinyl lettering is utilized for all the sign personalizations. We do not use paint or free-hand with markers to personalize the Signs.
6. Q. Do I get to keep the Star with my baby's info on it?
A. We can leave behind the personalized Star on the Sign for an additional charge per Star. Just let us know when you place your order.

8. Q. How do I make payment?
A. We can take payment by using PayPal(link), Visa and Mastercard over the phone or we can accept Check/Cash upon delivery.
